| ~Three Team Teasure Hunt~ |
*This was the highlight of the party. liv named the teams herself:
Black Pearl, Buccaneers & Sparrows. The treasure hunt took a lot of work to organize but it was so worth it to see the fun the kids had.
Details to create your own treasure hunt:
1. How many teams? I did 4 kids per captain (aka-chaparone)
2. Decide on the radius of your treasure hunt. We used a half block radius but most of it took place on out property.
3. Clues. Each team had four clues. Each clue lead to the location of the next clue with clue number four being the treasure map with lead all teams to the hidden treasure chest. Clues consisted of picture puzzles, riddles, trivia & word searches.
4. Treasure Map. I created our treasure map on the iPad with the app . A great app that lets you draw your own images and add pictures.
The party was a success. Of course because Liv has some super cute friends that I absolutely adore and are such fun, I am sure played a big part in the party's success.
Cheers!
